Data controller: Tokengines
Acceptance
Creating an account and using Tokengines implies acceptance of these terms. Keep control of your email address, protect your password and revoke any session you suspect is compromised by resetting your password.
The service
Tokengines helps you prepare, publish and schedule your own videos on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, manage ideas and view account statistics. Bot Studio configures bots and monitors public YouTube sources; automatic downloading, editing and republication by bots are not available.
Current access is free, subject to technical quotas: one upload at a time per user, up to thirty pending publications and ten GiB of retained videos by default. Limits may change and platform limits still apply. Changes to paid access would require prior notice.
Platform integrations
Connections use official OAuth authorization. Available features depend on the permissions and eligibility of your platform account. Instagram requires an eligible professional account. Tokengines is independent of TikTok, Google/YouTube and Meta/Instagram. Their terms, moderation rules and API limits also apply.
Your responsibilities
Only upload content you own or are authorized to distribute, including music, images and people’s likenesses. Check destination accounts, visibility, captions and scheduled dates before confirming. A monitored public channel does not grant reuse rights over its videos.
Prohibited use
Do not distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, bypass permissions or quotas, collect others’ credentials or abuse the service. Access may be restricted to protect users or meet legal obligations.
Availability
Maintenance, network outages, provider restrictions or expired connections can delay or prevent publication. Scheduling requires the server and your authorization to remain available. Statuses distinguish completed, failed, partially completed and uncertain jobs.
Service limitations
Review the publication result and check the destination platform when a job needs manual attention before retrying, to avoid duplicates. Tokengines does not guarantee reach, engagement or revenue and does not control platform moderation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities imposed by applicable law.
Changes
The service and these terms may evolve. Material changes will be communicated before they apply; the update date appears at the top of this page.
